We are constantly looking for ways to improve both the service we deliver and how we deliver it. We are committed to investing heavily in both our people and our systems and regularly review any feedback we receive from our customers.
Occasionally things don’t quite go according to plan and when this happens, you can be assured that we have processes in place to resolve your issue quickly and effectively. All customer feedback is reported to the management team and any recurring issues are reported at Board level and a programme of improvement follows to improve any cause at source.
