What attracted you to Cadline?
To be honest before I joined Cadline I had not heard of the company as I previously worked in a different industry for part of a large bank. However, I became extremely engaged in the opportunity during the interview process. The role offered me the chance to use and develop the wealth of customer service experience I had already gained throughout my career. I was also keen to be involved in a company where good ideas and process improvements could be implemented quickly without all the red tape that went with part of a much larger organisation. It was very local to home which was an added bonus!

Briefly describe when you joined us and your role within the organisation.
I joined Cadline in 1990 when my sons were 5 and 8, they are now 27 and 30 and I am still here! My role then was varied as there were only 3 staff (myself being one). I covered many roles from preparing lunch for the training delegates, to taking bookings and providing courses notes. I also helped with accounts including banking and credit control. As the company grew and we started to take on more staff, I found myself changing roles depending on the needs of the business.
