First Phase launch of Support Zone for customer testing and feedback
We are pleased to announce the phase 1 launch of the Support Zone on CADline Community for customers to use, test and provide feedback on the new service.
The Support Zone is a new online technical support facility, which delivers an additional service to our telephone based support.
Through the Support Zone you can: -
- Log a support call online – get a response from an engineer
- Access and track logged calls online
- Request Authorisation Codes
- Access the intelligent FAQ database

How can I start to use Support Zone?
Existing CADline & Midas Technology Support contract holders will receive an email today detailing their Support contract numbers that you will need to access Support Zone.
Access to the Support Zone is exclusive to our CADline and Midas customers, which hold an existing support contract with us.
