06 TAS TAS is an industry-leading building modelling and simulation tool. Thermal modelling allows designers to accurately predict energy consumption, CO2 emissions, operating costs and occupant comfort. Engineers can check their designs for compliance with Part L, LEED and ASHRAE standards. If the design changes, the TAS model can be updated using the Revit model, the Cymap data or both. Fully dynamic plant modelling simulations can be performed using actual manufacturers plant with in built performance data, to see how the plant responds to the building simulation giving very accurate results.
