Speaker Profile:  Dominic Thasarathar is responsible for Autodesk’s long-term strategies for the construction, energy, and natural resources industries. Prior to joining Autodesk in 2011, he spent two decades in international construction, working on mega-projects in the oil and gas; mining and metals; power; civil infrastructure; and building sectors. This included work within $multi-billion infrastructure projects / international construction operations, including leadership roles with CH2M Hill (Chief Information Officer, CLM Delivery Partner, developing Information & Technology Strategy for the London 2012 Olympics infrastructure programme), Bechtel (Asia-Pacific Head of Capital Project Systems), and Laing O’Rourke (Head of Project Lifecycle Systems).

Speaker Profile:  Michael Johnson has more than 35 years practical experience of the Architecture Engineering Construction Operator (AECO) Industry, his interest lies in delivering strategic project wide BIM advice to clients ensuring both a collaborative and defined approach to the life-cycle use of information. He has long been a believer of Design, Build and Manage professionals collaborating via a Single Model Environment and has enjoyed project involvement spanning geographies across the UK, EMEA and Asia. Working alongside numerous BIM delivery teams in project sectors including Retail, Education, Transportation, Commercial and Logistics, he has assisted Designers, Contractors and Asset Owners in understanding what the reality of a digital delivery means to them along with why and how they need to engage.
