Autodesk Subscription

When you decide to purchase Autodesk subscription, you are maximising the power of your design tools whilst gaining control over your costs and the length of your commitment. Your software tools will always be up to date with the latest releases and enhancements, your workflow will benefit from flexible licensing, more functionality and storage capabilities with Autodesk Cloud services.

Transition to Named User Program

Multi-user trade-in offer

At your first renewal only, after 7th August 2020:

  • Trade-in one multi-user subscription or network maintenance seat for two standard subscriptions for one named user each at a similar SRP you’re paying today for your existing seat or subscription.
  • For example, if you have 20 multi-user subscriptions, you can trade them in for 40 standard subscriptions for 40 named users at a similar SRP you’re paying today.
  • Then, renew at an ongoing discount to 2028.
  • At time of trade-in, choose to upgrade to an industry collection to get a comprehensive selection of tools to help you meet any project challenge—now and in the future.
  • Premium subscription (50 seats minimum) – At time of trade-in or later, choose to upgrade to a higher plan for more advanced features, such as single sign-on and detailed user reporting.

Requirements to consider before trading in your Multi user Autodesk licence to Single user licences:

  • You are currently using a multi-user subscription (full price or discounted “M2S”) or network maintenance plan.
  • There are 90 days or less before the multi-user subscription or maintenance plan expires.
  • You are looking to swap for a product that supports named users.
  • You don’t require any further previous version rights beyond having access to 3 previous versions only – (2017 and back deployments available upon Autodesk approval subject to business use case).
  • You are able to verify your licence by connecting online every 30 days.
  • You have signed and returned the Cadline trade in acknowledgement form.

Autodesk Maintenance Plan

As of May 6th 2021 you will not be able to renew your Autodesk Maintenance Plan. Autodesk will also not be releasing any new versions or updates of the software related to the Maintenance Plan.

Don’t just automatically renew your maintenance plan. Call us and discuss if now is the time for you to switch to Subscription. 

Now is the time to take advantage of the special offer to switch to Subscription. At the time of your renewal, choose to move to Subscription for the same cost as your maintenance plan renewal – or switch to an industry collection at a special price.

If you choose not to Switch to Subscription, you can still renew your Maintenance Plan.
